Half Kelly WOD this weekend for our Fundamentals Class. The Fundamentals Class attendees this weekend were (left to right) Ben H., Dan H., Gracie, Kesha and Jameson. This class is a pre-requisite for the barbell clinic. We will schedule another round of barbell clinic in a few weeks.
