So lets talk about the Swan size butt kicking Katie laid down on the pacemakers this morning. She could not be caught! And Rosie was on her heals with me, Dennis, Byron and JB dragging our carcasses behind.
17:30ish?? (70# sb)I forgot by the time I got to work. 11 rds PU ladder (6 rds static)
    A fun, cold morning.

  9. Red 'Barkley' Byron

20 mins and some seconds (maybe 50)
Still trying to get back into working out..
    Felt good though
Pull ups were horrific…only did 9 rounds–5 of which were with a band.

  10. Billdozer

    Pull up ladder
    14 Rounds

  11. Silverback

A fine WOD to come back to after having a “stomach flu”. Don’t remeber my time, but I know it sucked. Ladders – made it to 13 only because JB wouldn’t let me quit and curl up in the fetal position any earlier…

  12. Jen

    18:20 (40#) 10 rounds pull up ladder 🙂
Thanks Famelicious for suggesting 40#lb SB, that’s what I had in mind…i just need somebody to push me to it! So happy to reached 10 rounds. Heather – way to go! just like what Coach G said, love the intensity too!

    11:3? (40#)
Thanks for suggesting 40 pounds JB. It was great on my aching back after the deadlifts yesterday. 70lb sand bag would have been a mess for me.
14rds + 12reps + 1 nasty ripped hand in the pull up ladder.

  17. She-Ra

sorry for the 2 posts!! .. its cause I love y’all twice as much!

  18. G

We miss ya She-Ra and Beast!
Great baseline times Jimmy V and Tom W! Welcome aboard!
Great to see Silverback, Bravo, Red Byron and Mimi back in action.
HeatherD, good to see you try going heavy even if only for the first round!

  19. sharon

    26 something 40# – that was aweful – I haven’t felt that bad in a long time.
didn’t do the pull up ladder

  20. Steve

Sand bag routine: 16:46 with 40#
Pullup ladder: 11 rounds + 8 using narrow white band
Strained by neck with sand bag; need to be more careful next time.
