Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight
intervals. Unit for the row is "calories".

score.

    Morning Everyone!!

    pushups: a ridiculous 7 (which i am still mad about)
    sit-ups: 10

    So, this Tabata workout waas brutal. I have substituted the rowing by burpees. It goes like this:
    Burpees 7
    Squat 21
    Pull-up 7
    Push-up 10
    Sit-up 18

    That tabata WOD was killer, my rowing abilities are not as up to speed with my other things…
    Today: Garret
    75 squats
    25: L-pull ups
    25- ring HSPUs
    Umm.. i almost ate the concrete, but did manage to muscle out L-pull ups 2 at a time. Did the ring HSPUs with a band.. so?!?! Eh..
