combat operations in Southern Baghdad July 6, 2007. We name this
workout "Jason" in honor of his life, family, and courage.

  • 100 Squats
  • 5 Muscle-ups
  • 75 Squats
  • 10 Muscle-ups
  • 50 Squats
  • 15 Muscle-ups
  • 25 Squats
  • 20 Muscle-ups

Scale:  1 MU = 3 Pull-Ups and 3 Dips

Scale (A):  Half Reps

    DNF – Didn’t get to the last set of MUs before the cutoff time.
    This was the hardest workout I’ve done in a long time the day after the hardest workout I’ve done in a long time. That’s messed up.

    I enjoyed this one even though I had a couple of verps on the way to th office.
    BW squatting does not feel so sluggish anymore, small victories.

    This will be interesting, fortunately we only did ring dips, push ups and handstands yesterday, that should help with me doing 50 muscle ups. This should be a tag team WOD.

    Wow- 250 squats. I think that’s the highest 1 movement rep count I’ve seen in a single WoD!
    That should help speed the recovery of my knee. Y’all have fun but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss this…

    DNF for me today, Muscle Ups get quite frustrating, made it through the first round and 3 in the second round and then I did chest to ring pullups for 35 minutes.

    This is the first time I’ve been able to do kips (even though it was with the band). It makes it MUCH easier. Unfortunately I won’t be able to move my arms tomorrow. Thanks Grace and JB for the push!
