Dude…sickness sucks!!! I’ve resorted to daydreaming about working out! I really, really, really hope we can have hero week again soon when all this crap moves out and everyone is feeling better.
Kuddos to those that toughed it out this week!!!

I realy enjoyed the hero week too. It was hard, but nothing compare to what these guys have faced in Irac or Afghanistan. I also have a tough for their family.
Now, for those who will go throuh the lubberjack 20…have a good workout.

Hey Easy, I just read your post from yesterday.
Look man, in the past I’ve seen you dominate a WOD when you were at full strength. Yesterday I saw what you can do when you come in on fumes. You withstood everythng the WOD could throw at you and you posted a number, I was impressed!
It ain’t always about the size of the dog in the fight. Sometimes it’s about the size of the fight in the dog. Remember that!
    Kipling said it best:
“…If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew to serve your turn long after they are gone, and so hold on when there is nothing left in you except the will that says to them, hold on…”
    You held on!

Only 3 of us braved the cold, early hour and the Hero Wod this morning. Enjoyed tackling this workout with Ian and Juan. We were one team. Our time was around 28 minutes.hope all of the sick CrossFitters get back to the box soon.

Perfect weather for the 10K Rodeo run this morning! My time was better than expected…pretty happy about that. 13000 participants and I still managed to spot some CF shirts on the course, mostly from Bayou City CF.
Aida, hope you enjoyed the run.
