Stephen (left) and Gris (right) benchpress as Red Byron and Wingman stay behind as spotters.  Our benchpress requires that we touch the bar all the way down to our chest and extend the arms out to a full lockout position to finish each rep.  The longer the distance that the bar travels the harder it is and the higher the intensity.

playboy, beyondthewhiteboard.com has a great tool on tracking your blocks. Good to know that you are using that. All you need to do now, is add raw milk (of course, you can add chocolate or dark cocoa powder to make it appealing)!

Gee..sorry I missed this one (wink wink)!! Did the S.C.O.P.E. 5K run this morning at MD Anderson–beautiful day for a run, great people! (we miss and love you Ric)
33:46 PR My goal is sub-30 minutes and I’ve already knocked 4 1/2 minutes off my 5K.
    See everyone tonight!!

Meet and Greet tonight–I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up–I just spoke with the Bullpen and they are now “playing it by ear” as to whether or not they will be charging a cover charge. The lady I made arrangements with originally told me there would not be a charge, but she was not there, so my hands were a little tied. I just wanted to let everyone know that they “may” be charging a $5 cover charge to get in. Sorry about the last minute change in details!!!
