    First true RX for me, if I am not mistaken.
    Great group at 5:30 this morning, everyone worked very hard. Lopez, thanks for pushing me to finish the Farmer’s Carry in a run…I “enjoyed” it!

    Byron, your consistency has really paid off with 30 DUs in a row and your OHS is deep and solid! Now go run some on the weekend and fill-up that gas tank! ๐Ÿ˜‰
    Which reminds me… All CossFitters, if you are not supplementing your CrossFit with some additional Cardio you are doing yourself a disservice. Find a nice course and run it at least once a week. We meet in Memorial Park for a Sunday run at 7am…consider yourself invited.
    Arthur, You have a lion’s heart! OHS will come soon, it is a very difficult movement to master!
    Josh, Consistency is paying off you are getting to your fighting weight…nice Rx
    Lopez and Ben had a great war going this morning. Nice push guys.
    Coaching Day for me. Thinking of doing some strength work this evening we’ll see….
    Teams for tomorrow, try and be early to setup your stations. We have two events tomorrow and if we are organized we should be done by 8:45. It’s going to be a blast!

    Actually C-Note. I told Lopez he does EVERYTHING well and nothing excellent (except enchiladas). Much like most good crossfiters. Big difference.

    16:46 aka C-note territory. Fun wod. Everything unbroken except dropped bar 1 time in both rd 4 and 5. That was just enough time Dozer and Spec needed to smoke past me. Drats!
    I don’t think either one of those guys broke a sweat today. Whatever! I’m taking the jeep out.
    The Dream-killers will be there tomorrow morning.

    The OHS were hard because I felt I was going topple over any moment. I had a difficult time going deep. I did alot better then I thought I would. Thanks Dennis for the push, you are right.

    YEY! finally conquered DUs today. You’re right G,it’s all about rhythm. I’m more ecstatic to know that I still have “it” coming from an old hag :o) Thanks Carl for the push…and Dennis, what can I say? thanks for “leading me by the hand” ‘truly felt like a damsel in distress (seriously).     Jim–though I appreciate the props, don’t feel like you owe me after saying ‘we preach consistency and you are consistently last’…greatness.
    I will, however, take the advice of running again on off days. I quit before the holidays and it’s killing me on these type WOD’s.
    Good workout…now I’m going to go drink it back on.

    Good to see Crazy Carl back on track now.
    Caci, the WODs are hard but they make everything else you do in life easier. Hang tuff. Good thing Weezy has a good sense of humor!

    20:08 (Rx) forearms failed me on the 35#KBs, I was shooting for C-Note territory or at least beat Silverback’s time since he has been trash talking a lot lately!
    But I enjoyed the push that Janet gave me…you run fast…kept me going for sure!
