  • 50 Squats

Mandatory 3 minutes rest between each round while the clock is running.

    Looks like several of us will be attending Saturday’s competition to support the teams and fine athletes of the ACF family.
    I think we cheerleaders, beerleaders (HeatherD), and overall ‘athletic supporters’ should show up in green sunglasses…team spirit and all that. Does anyone want me to pick up a pair for you if I find them before Saturday?

    I think barbarian said that they sell them at nordstroms for 10 bucks, and they are the same green sunglasses as the originals, I could be wrong but I think I remember him saying that.

    Mighty Midge, let’s just say….I have figured you out by now 🙂 I knew you could do 5 rounds, just had to get your mind set on track at the start.
    Andi….your focus on full ROM is paying off. Nice C2G push-ups…and squats for that matter. We have got to work on your kips!!!!!!
    H the B frequents at Nordstroms? Very metro!
    Arnold does have unfair advantage. Imagine if her opponents found out about CrossFit. However, Arnold would still win!

    Try the party supply stores for green sunglasses–I just bought the last pair at Party Boy in the “Retro 80s” section. Not sure if they are exactly like the originals, but just as “interesting”!

    WOD 1: “If you can move it you can pull it”
    30 Deadlifts (as a team) every one on the team must do 1 clean lift. M 255/W 165 (Scaled 225/135)
    40 Wall Balls (as a team)
    50 Clean and Jerks (as a team) same as above M 135/W 95 (Scaled 115/65)
    60 Wall Balls (as a team)
    70 OHS (as a team) as a above M 95/W 65 (Scaled 65/45)
    WOD 2: “Team Relay”
    One member will run 400 M while the other members are at their stations:
    KB Swings 53/35 (Scaled 35/25)
    Box Jumps 24″ must jump (Scaled 20 can step)
    Row for Cal.
    Once that person comes back they will rotate. Final time is when the last person gets back add up all reps, then subtract that from over all time.

    KB farmers walk (200M)(53#)
    finished in 16:01
