Today was much better than yesterday for me. My hands are still ripped, but I like OHS and Snatches. Nice to meet you Austin.

First round was strong but really lost my wind in the last round.

  14. Billdozer

15:20(2 abmats) That one just plain sucked, I don’t know if it was the withdrawals from a day without beer, or the lucky village lunch, either way I was not feeling it today. Back at it tomorrow though as always.
    Congrats Sharon!

  15. Sean

Can’t remember time (rx) 2 ab mats. All I know is I was the last one to finish. Everything I suck at was in this one. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

ouch – felt like a train wreck. don’t know which was more painful… trying to finish those last 5 HSPU or having to watch me. thanks to all for the cheers at the end

  20. Nisha

    14:22 (45#, rr, 2 abmats)
probably should’ve moved to pike PUs on the last round as I know my head wasn’t touching the abmat on those last 5 but at that point I just wanted to finish…first 2 rounds of HSPUs felt okay though..OHS sucked as always but I was able to get through all 3 rounds without putting the bar down. Although, again, my ROM needs work on those too 🙂

The Warrior Dash was a lot of fun! Try doing it with us again next year! There is a talk on another group participation at the Muddy Buddy in the fall. Stay tuned for more later.
Judy, your photo captions are funny! Thanks again for the link and sharing the photos.
I will do today’s WOD another day. This looks like a lot of fun!

  25. Bob

    Very Very late post.
    14:00 (75#, Pike, Kips not C2B)

  26. G

    16:14 (Rx)
    – C2Bs were consec 3 the most
    – last set of thrusters were broken in to 2 sets of five
    – HSPUs were partitioned to 3 then 2 on 2nd round. HSPUs became singles on the last round, which took me over 2 minutes to do 5 of them.
Thanks for the push on my last HSPU reps, Jen M. The grunting was to fire up more muscles :).
