Great workout, 21:37, today marked a great day in my Crossfit career. I puked twice and never quiet running. This was my first time to puke and I loved it because it made me go that much harder.

Running is SOOO not within my happy crossfit bubble!! But, I must work on the things I hate and the things that scare me in order to get better…so there I was at 5:30 this morning 🙂
Couldn’t keep up with the pacemakers this morning, great job everyone! Cal- I heard a rumor that you actually wanted to puke on people…good thing you were WAY ahead of me!

  3. Callum

This is correct I wanted to puke on people so they could run faster also. I want to make everybody better at THE Atomic Crossfit.

  4. Pepper

Toe, thank you so much for organizing the ordering of the tanks. I will be out of town most of next week, but will be back Friday and will pay you then.
Callum, don’t know you, but feeling thankful we work out at different times. 🙂

    Cough! Argh! Ahh! Cough!
Those are the sounds of my man cal throwing up behind me lol.. Good job dude. As well as to all the pacemakers. Hi-def way to fight through

Pretty happy w/my box jumps today. Movin up to Bar w/bnd assist from now on, no more RRs… Thnx, Jim 🙂

If you couldn’t make it this morning, then I would suggest coming late (Sun + Heat/Index + Humidity = alot of pain).

  8. toddsky

    Nice legs!
27 something I think. I did a modified wod today w the tcats:
    20″ box jump-overs and
band assisted pullups in order to “effectively” do all dead-hang pull-ups.

  9. dianna

    34:19 RR, 20″box step
my run still slow but steady, can’t stop a train.
Contra: you are gonna burn a hole in something with that lazer intensity!!

  10. Contra

Lazer Intensity – haha, I like that. I was just trying to make it through this WOD. Good job today Dianna

Most memorable motivating words from Grace today while running = “C’mon, think of the TAN you are getting!!”

  15. Noel (SKIP)

33:30 (24″, 2″ band) The boxes were toying with my mind, taking my breath away. I don’t know if it is the heat but my lung capacity doesn’t feel “enough”. I am not wheezy or constricted, airflow is fine.

  16. Bobo

    25:45 RX.
slow on the runs. still getting acclimated to the noon wods and the heat. Should have gone faster on the first run.
    Great to meet you Jordan.
Thanks for keeping on me BB2. Would have taken a lot more breaks on my pullups.

  17. Noel (SKIP)

OMG, watching WOD#2 of CF Games, a lot of the athletes are lifting with their backs on the deadlifts. The horror!

    3 rounds:
    400 meter shuffles
    20 step ups #18
    15 green band pull ups

Slow on the runs, slow on the box jumps, slow on the pull-ups. That about sums up my workout today. On the other hand G finally gave me a nickname.

  20. Bobo

I won’t post names, but a couple of our ladies that skipped out on the noon wod today were curious about how bad their late night escapades were.
    Here’s the horrible truth:
Whataburger bacon egg and cheese taquito:
    Calories: 420
    Fat: 24g
    Carbs: 27g
    Sodium: 1157mg
    Protein: 19
to make the night complete you should have added a Baskin and Robbins Heath Bar Shake:
    Calories: 2310
    fat: 108g
    sugar: 266g
oh yeah. that will stop your heart.

  21. Chad Blaylock

27:43 (24″, Green Band) Started to kip then switched to the band. I will master that discipline. Great working out with the 12 noon class. I’m catching up JB!

I felt stunned between the second and the third round and I had to sit a few seconds. Even though I sat, I’m happy with my time. I will try it later to see if I can do better.
I don’t know if it’s a new formula, but I love the way the warm up and the WOD are displayed on the site. It is different than always doing the crossfit warm up before each WOD. Thank you guys from atomic crossfit for making Xfit more and more interresting every day.

Climbed 19 flights of stairs while wearing my Danskos. It was still easier than the easiest WOD, if such a thing exists.

41:something, I think, I’m not totally sure. Would have been in the late 30’s if I had taped up before the wod, and not when the three tears to my hands occurred individually. Blood was shed. Still trying to get my pull-ups back to the condition they used to be (and then immediately surpass that).
Muscle up -squat snatch couplet at the games tonight… Yikes.

  32. Sean

18:36 rx. Only wanted to do 2 rds but didn’t want to feel like a wuss so I managed to make the 3rd, and glad I did.
