Happy Birthday Nicole, aka DiscoD ! Now, that's what a full range motion squat looks like.  The crease of the hip should be at a level below the patella to achieve this.  Good job Nicole!

    It’s a little shocking to think, “Finally, I bet I won this one”. And to look at the board as the scores go up, and to see that I actually took 5th or 6th place for the 9:30 class.
    I Still feel good about my effort on a day I almost took off. This box has a lot of good athletes. Hmmm…. probably 3 or 4 times as many good athletes as there were just a year ago. And the ones that were here a year ago are now considerably better. My perception is just catching up with the reality.
    And by the way, the entire box, coaching staff and programing is considerably better than a year ago.

    Easy rider, although I wasn’t hear a year ago I agree 100%. The caliber and abilities of all the athletes at ACF have gone up tremendously just in the 6 months I’ve been here. Think it’s a testament to out awesome coaches/owners/programming and support system
