    Crap!!!! but never OHS 140 before, so that’s cool.
    Metcon 12.40 (Rx) Shoulders stopped working on the round of 4. Basically a minute per rep after that.

    Metcon 16:15 (Rx) Shoulders burned out on round of 5, then 1 rep at a time with recovery between. Glad to finish. Massive shoulder workout.

    Started off light because, well because I usually suck at OHS. Then G gave me the correction I’ve needed. It finally clicked and I set a 20# PR of 5 reps when my old 1RM was 135..Thanks G and nice work Easy Rider

    could feel that my form wasn’t well enough to advance past 70 so just stayed there since I was getting wobbly on the top after about the 3rd rep each time…
    Julia, you are so right about the cussing..for some reason, HSPUs really bring out some interesting language πŸ˜‰
