    Not really a PR in terms of strength since I have done that same weight at a one max rep before but definately first time doing that much for 3 reps…thanks for watching that last set TC and Cal, always helps when you know you have to be accountable to an audience 🙂
    darn squats…no matter how much my brain tells my body to go faster, I have only one speed for doing squats: slow-ass!!!!!
