Fun “stepping outside the box” today w/ G, Julia, and my fellow teammates, Lauren and Juan – 2 miles and some change in full gear! Nice location!

  2. Julia

Wish our male teammates would step up and get in gear… hint hint DUB and Fight Club!
Nice running with the ladies and Juan!

    open gym:
    OHS 7-7-7-7-7-7
    4 rds of:
    10 pull-ups
    10 ring dips
    10 sit-ups
    10 wall ball (20)
Ended with 25# on the OHS, still working on form and flexibility – I have a long way to go, but a slight improvement.
13:00ish on metcon (box assist ring dips)
Thanks to Scott and Todd for some help on OHS.

Just kind of bull-corned around today since my intent to run this morning ended in futility.
    Did 10…1 of 95# SP and static pull-ups then 5 rounds of 20 butterfly sit-ups and 10 ring-dips.
Attaway to do work today, Keith, Andrew and Lauren. Your “nemesis/nemeses” will become more and more friendly over time.

Fun run (although mine was accidentally around 6k) with the mud run crew in boots and terribly ill-fitting trousers.
Tried working on power cleans at open gym, didn’t go so well but thanks a ton to Todd for helping out and keeping an eye on my form.

    Open Gym –
Did Helen with the boys this morning. Not gonna lie… Helen’s a bad bitch… But I love her.
    13:38 (rx)

  7. Beast (aka JA)

Did 9/21 WOD with OHS 55-65-75-85-95 with 6:21 on metcon with Gatekeeper 8:ish. He RX’d and I used abmats, both of us with 24″ boxes.
Then I climbed the wall several times like a kid with a new toy. Thanks Lauren for the tips. I was eventually able to get over when I changed shoes. The Sambas were too slippery. Thanks also to Gatekeeper and Juan T.
