All exercises are cumulative and can be broken up in any way, but

each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next one.

 

100 Double-Unders

While one partner is jumping, other partner performs

Dead Lift static hold (Body Weight)

(5 burpees for each time the bar is dropped while the other partner is performing DUs)

 

Then,

50 Push Press (115/75)

50 Box Jumps

50 Pull-Ups

50 Wall Ball (20/14)

2k Row

 

While one partner is rowing, other partner holds sandbag (100/70)

(5 burpees each for each time the sandbag is dropped)
