    @Neal
    No overhead from the behind the neck. The weight has to stay in front for the shoulder to overhead.

    Hey, all you guys did a great job running the event today. This is the first Crossfit Event I watched in person and I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went off and how well organized and well run it was.
    I thought Jimmy did a great job as MC, which is not an easy job, considering all the ad libs and one liners you need to throw in to keep things moving along.
    When Jimmy introduced G during his ending remarks I was tempted to yell, “speech, speech” but I didn’t want to embarass her, but now I wish I had done it, hehe!
    I also thought of challenging the standard category winners but hey, even when you are a legend in your own mind, you got to know your limitations, hehe!
    Great Job to everyone involved!
