Thought about doing this one today, heavily weighted and as a team of one, but it still looked too easy, especially considering all the movements play right into my considerable strengths as a Crossfitter, not to mention the speed through which I can cover the sprints distances. Plus, the Rx weights just didn’t provide me with training effect I need at my level. Although I could combine the men and woman’s weight. But taking time to change out the weight would ruin the metabolic effect I am after (heart rate constant at 205 bpm).
Note: Jimmuy said I could post whatever pops into my head. And so when you are a legend in your own mind these are the kinds of things you think. So it’s not my fault.
Got to go here comes my workout buddy in his motorized wheel chair, hehe!
Going to walk/shuffle around the block, then do my 2 min Zumba workout in my living room, then listen to my hypnosis tape, while taking a nap. That is the tape advertised on TV where you build muscle and lose body fat while you sleep! Only $19.95, but if you call right away they send you two of them. hehe!

Hey Jimmy, seriously, that is a great WOD. It is a great test of overall muscle strength and endurance as well as a huge cardio hit.
I would get a great training effect from it even scaled back to something I could handle like 5-7 reps of everything at weight I could handle and 200 meter shuffle/jogs.
The key for me would be to go out at a level of intensity I could sustain throughout the WOD.

  7. HeMan

That WOD should have been called lots of running with intermitent annoying work. Awesome working with G. I tried to pay defense on Juan so we could keep up on the runs, but you were too much buddy.
And HBD guys…. B-Lax – Where you been?

Hey Mario, how does that whole wall hopover thing work with a motorized w/c? Just askin cause w all that intensity someone may take a spill. And the prowling? nevermind I can just imagine. 🙂
    Happy Day 007 and TOKO

    Happy Bday Boys!
Got to do the WOD this morning with Sledge, the best partner ever ;). Can’t remember our time, but he did it Rx and I was scaled!
Great workout this morning. And it was fun watching HeMan try to pants Juan.

  13. G

22:04 (Rx) with He-Man! What an awesome partner! He-Man and I tried to slow down Juan Timberlake down on the runs but he was too fast.
Awesome to see a bunch of weekend warriors today!
Good job on your first WOD John G and Mike G!
    RIP Fort Hood heroes.

  14. T-REX

don’t remember our time, but great partnering w/ April. It seems we’re always yelling at each other, but team up alot. Guess we like the abuse? 😉 Great group w/ the warriors, thanks again Summer for the ride!
