Happy Birthday Mogi!

    Hey G: I want my birthday picture to be just like Mogi’s, only I want to have two 45 pound weights on each side, no check that, make it three on each side, so I can trash talk Gracie next time I see her! And tell that GateKeeper that any and all pictures of me with my hat off are strictly verboten, unless I finally break down and buy a wig, or what do you call them, toupee! One of those kind that snap on to the skull so I can swim in it and even do a MMA fight with one on! Cuz Bravo showed me a couple jujitsu moves the other week while we were rock climbing. So now I am a very dangerous man. So I sure hope nobody walks up behind me and taps me on the shoulder cuz my freaking elite Crossfit reflexes could just take over.
    And another thing, something is wrong with the rower I was using during the sprints on Friday, cuz there was absolutely no doubt in my mind I was way out in front of everyone, I was killing it! I mean I was locked in, total concentration and focus, smoke was coming off my cord, when all of a sudden I looked around and I was the only one still rowing and I had 50 meters left to go!!! So something is definitely off with the timer. Ask JB he was there rowing next to me, trying to keep up. No doubt he was keying off me.

    Ran a 5k with Juan, Jim, JB, and G. Then did the Crossfit total.
    Back Squat:395
    Shoulder Press:200
    Dead Lift: 475
    Total: 1070 Lbs
    As many of you may know Aimee will be leaving soon, So Jen and I would like to have a party at our house on December 4. We will have snacks and some alcohol, we ask that everyone BYOB. We plan to start around 9 if you need directions or have any questions. while we are at it lets make it a tacky Christmas Sweater Party….. Please note this is not the ACF Christmas Party.

    TC, congrats! Way to go going over 1k on your CF TOTAL! Glad to have witnessed that and that you could join us earlier at Memorial Park at 610.
    5K run – untimed, finding a good stride, posing without thinking too much. Thanks for the tips on hang power snatch, Jim.
    Lauren, I have never seen anybody do renegade man-makers during OG! Good for you!
    MLB, did you get close to David Lipson’s time on that WOD?
    Good to see Gracie, April K and Sam in action!
    Next Sunday, we hope to see more folks join us for our Sunday run.

    Speedy J, we have been meeting there (swimming pool parking lot). Some go straight to OG others go for 6 or 9 miles. Check out the link on the right side bar.
