Yo Got Yoga? – Series 1

 

Chad Smith, a trainer at Next Generation CrossFit,  who runs short/long distance and lifts heavy s**t also adds other beneficial sessions such as yoga (wikipedia definition) into his regimen.  The only caveat to all you crazy crossfitters, Yoga is NOT a competitive sport (haha!).  It's just an additional tool to help on your recovery so you are able to pursue a true lifetime of fitness.
