50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Did the Dirty Thirty with Skip a few months ago, really scaled and was at 25something, I believe, so I’m satisfied with my time. 🙂 Double Unders are still not my friends. Frenemies, I think is more appropriate. We’re friends when we’re friends but we’re complete enemies when we’re not getting along. Great job 9:30, lots of hard work this morning!

    epic battle with G at noon.
    as usual the wheels came off on the wallball, and made the burpees almost impossible to finish; but, i beat my last time by 3 minutes. that last time was also a pr by 5 minutes. serious progress on this wod for me.
    didn’t see that some were going for the 40# kb until afterward. wonder if you notice the difference?

    20:40(RX+40#KB) The Mighty Silverback got me once more on this. It is still my favorite workout, and I didn’t fall for any of his tricks like last time. Great battle between us and Daniel, one person would take then lead, then the other, until the mighty one closed us out on Burpees. Get some rest Daniel, you’ve done like 10 WODS in the last 5 days.

    Wow! This is what i signed up for! Thanks for all the encouragement at the end, i was literally falling apart. Just remember the voices of Bobo and daneil, everything else was kind of a blur. Cant wait for the diet and two a days to b over with! my time was 27 something, didnt really care, just trying to keep meal number 3 down.

    The Filthy Fifty has a tendency to make me use a lot of F-words during the workout, maybe the name should be amended…

    Let’s see so the on-going comparison to my prior results is as follows. Going 20#WB for 25 reps last time was plainly not smart – ha! This time I used a 20″ box but had 30 unbroken reps and 50 DUs were all unbroken. Therefore, this stuff works and I’m SUPER FREXCITED!
    MAR10 27:11 (20#WB 25 reps and 14#WB 25 reps)
    OCT09 28:19 (14#WB on all 50 reps 10ft target)
    FEB09 32:11 (14#WB barely making 10ft target)

    This is my first filthy fifty… Hit the wall many times … Really ran of gas in the end… Both legs cramping…. Just glad I finished it…. Hopefully next time I’ll be able to do it RX….I’ll put this one on my New Year’s resolution…

    I think I almost died, I whined a lot!
    My arms and legs just ache, can really tell a difference in how I feel by going heavier in weight on Monday and Tuesday!

    my 1st filthy fifty & there’s definitly room for improvement. Might be the first WOD that I almost passed out on – love it!! Next time burpees won’t take 25 min & my entire face won’t be black from passing out betwen burpees. Hopefully calves won’t cramp up either so I can at least attempt DU & do more than one lat jump at a time! Massaging calves took too long! Now if only I could move my shoulder without grimacing in pain. 🙂
