    I am not sure about my numbers on the front squats. I know that I had 80 as my highest. I was overall happy with how I did on this workout. Now if I could just hold the bar correctly all the time. Those last 10 front squats in final round were tough.

    El Captn “BenK”, you’re thinking what I’m thinking right? Hope your wrote it down in your binder. We really underestimated your loads today but there will always be next time. All your high reps weren’t a miss, the 115 you got 10 reps so it should be “115(10)” instead.
