    Really wish I could do BP today  but I’m headed out to get some r&r at the river. No WODs for me this week but plan on running every day to work on my endurance. If I start missing Atomic too much then I just may throw in some burpees! See y’all next week.

    Metcon
    Forever(10# plate) Cal and I were battling in the corner of futility this morning. I think we finished somewhere around the 15 min. mark. on the plus side, this is good progress for me on pistols.

    I could only do one 100# bench press last time we did them so I’m stoked on 3! Haha. Pistols are still not my faves and I don’t think they ever will be. The plate helped but I still don’t like them. Great job 9:30 and nice meeting you, Z!

    The cold is not helping with my running brrr.

    Easy Rider, you were on your toes and compromising your knees. Adding the plate helps you focus the force of production on your heel rather than on your toes.

    Thanks for spotting me Billy, Toddsky, and Pat! I loved the pistols/burpee combo after the fact and liked the pistols scaling. Felt good hanging with the boys at 6 p.m.
