Admiral Nate Jarmon
We would like to announce that Nate Jarmon, aka "Admiral Skywalker", has joined our staff.  Nate's knowledge, technical proficiency, and ability to teach proper mechanics, techniques and sequences is key as a coach and not just a cheerleader.  He has been with us since January of 2009, although he had been garage crossfitting for many years prior to that.  Nate currently holds Certifications of CF Level 1, CF Nutrition and CF Gymnastics.  He also has attended CF's Barbell Cert and Catalyst Athletics Olympic Lifts Seminar in 2009.

    Looks like tryouts for the ACF team are individual. Everyone who is interested in participating in the ACF team needs to register for sectionals when this becomes available.
