    Happy Birthday Sirun.
    This WOD was hard. I get trough it alone in 38:08 Rx and I have subsitute the rowing by 500m on the heliptical trainer. One thing I wasn’t sure before I started, was the Db weight. Is it 40# each Db or a total of 40#(2X 20# Db)? Anyways, I have used 20# Db and it was hard enough.
