Another teamwork in action!  Team Guerrilla Warfare's BLOODBATH & BEYOND made sure all their team members performed the 200m farmer's carry together and still meeting the requirement of 2 kettlebells the most per athlete.

    17:05 (65) – kicking pebbles on the way back, thanks Billdozer – LOL! It took me 300meters to recover from big and consecutive sets in the box.
    @Bobo, our athletes spent their time in FB today rather than posting here =(
    It was certainly good to see C-Note, 007, Young Blood, Marlon, Dani, Lisa G, Gatekeeper, HD, Fight Club, Ace, DNeely, Patti and Whiskey back in action!
    Milestone:
    MU Club newest member is Joe W “Whiskey”
    TC = 2 consecutive HSPUs with no abmat!
    @T-Rex, awesome! 65lb and moving fast or keep moving is where we get the optimal training effect. Good, you know what I’m talking about now 🙂
    The Situation, soon you will lap MasterG and JohnnyBaaad Nuts. Keep moving….you’re doing fine!
    @Nomad, I would have to agree. Your running has gotten faster!
    Gatekeeper, hang in there…and remember on your first few weeks back of being consistent you want to make sure you always leave the box feeling like you could have done more. That’s the way to better and quickly adapt back to our intense WODs. Two steps forward and zero steps back!
    Congrats to Juan and Joe F!
    Also, congrats to T-Rex who sneaked in a CF Cert Level 1 a few months ago!
