    Battalion 5th Marines and their families.  They are fighting it out in
    Afghanistan & they have lost 9 marines in 4 days. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE the
    message spread if more could pass it on. Nothing in the media about these guys
    because no one seems to care:

    Goal for the run was sub-20 so pretty happy with that…bench is another story..guys are so good at getting “mad” at the bar and going after it while I tend to be too mellow and let the weight get me..one day, Billie, one day 😉

    Run was 17:40…20 seconds slower, just didn’t have the drive today. Summer kept me moving fast when she took off after the 2nd lap. I want some of that music you were listening to =)
    Post WOD work on free handstands with Summer, Logan and Ramrod. Thanks Summer! It wasn’t you, it was my ungraceful fall. Then Logan and I practiced a few alternating one hand handstands against the wall that turned out futile, neither of our hands moved – haha!
