    @JohnnyBaaad, good! That strategy worked on getting muscle failure on the ring push ups.
    @Arnold, stay with it for life…you’ll see marked improvement in performance, recovery, how you feel, and everything else.
    A good number of you did the ring push-ups for the first time! Good job on the milestone!
