    @Junior, anytime…if you watch FPR do it, you’ll know what I mean about tapping explosively the top of your forehead and then pushing head through the window to push throughout the entire movement.
    @Chrissy, I knew it! It looked like your eyes were half closed the entire time :p

    Warm up was a huge blow to the ego in adhering to doctor ordered shoulder restrictions but my ego is much easier to fix than a serious physical injury. Felt slow today during the WOD too. Really frustrated but c’est la vie. Tomorrow’s another day. Thanks Daniel, Billy, Khara, Garrett, Toe and Sledge for keeping me going. 🙂 Great job, 9:30!

    Nice progress on the post WOD skill: handstand walk, Ramrod, TC, Bobo, Nomad, Tank and Weezy. Nice free handstand pushup Ramrod and TC did the most handstand walks tonight – 12!! Nice milestone on 2 strict handstand push-ups, too, TC! Great coaching Daniel!
    Great to see Genie back in action!

    @barbella I used a bag of mulch that I’m putting in my yard this weekend, and strapped 2 of my college anatomy books to it. It may have not been 35# I weighted it like 5 times each time came up with a different weight but all close to 35#.
