    Thanks to the 4 pm guys for a great day! You guys were awesome! And thanks Coach! I have been out of town for almost a week & this was my first workout since Sunday so even though I struggled a lot I still felt great!
    Being out of town with no workout seems to have impacted my ability to count to 8 I’m sad to say… I thought I had 8 rounds but rats! I had only 7 (I think– sorry about that guys– I’ll keep better track of that in the future! Maybe I just shouldn’t leave town anymore!)

    9:10 (singles) though I will keep trying to hit those DUs especially since I got my own rope & have no excuses.

    Thank goodness for Jim’s resonant voice, got myself a PR tonight!
    8 sets of 3 back to back reps is mighty big but I know that this will have a good training effect down the road. Overall, not bad considering 1rm is at 145.
