With a continuously running clock:
- 2000m Row
- 3 attempts to establish a 1 RM Squat Clean
- 50 Burpees
- 3 Attempts at 1 RM max OHS (bar in rack)
Scoring : Subtract 1 second for every pound lifted for your final time.
For example: After your 3rd OHS, time reads 16:00, but you cleaned 200# and OHS 135# you would subtract 335 (5min 35sec) seconds from 16 minutes = 10:25
Keep moving on the three attempts at 1RM as the more you rest the more time expires….
