    Jim I just completed a WOD that we need to do at the box
    4 mile run. Every 1/4 mile alternate 10 burpees and 10 situps. In the end you run 4 miles with 80 burpees and 80 situps.

    @Genie, that’s the attitude to take on at the Open!
    @Alice, CrossFit has gotten you stronger! Huge jump from previous 1RM of 25lbs is super sweet! ….and it looked to me like you could have easily done that weight with 3 reps, I’m just saying!
