    Nice wod to come back in with (1st wod since last wed. competition) Good job 8:30.
    Word on enjoying life more… played in a flag football charity game Saturday with my highschool alumni (the best of).. we had several ex pro football players, several record holding and top college players participating.
    Because of crossfit, I was able to have a blast with that level of competition, not get hurt, and perform fairly well with some nice plays. Without the fitness I get from Atomic Crossfit, I would not have been able to do those things.

    This one was tougher than it sounded. Thx for the push Nooners! BTW, got my first Muscle-Ups yesterday (6 of them), but somehow tweaked my bicep. Hope it heals before the the next Sectional WOD.

    Just like you Fam, I go to C2G automatically and moving hand placement directly underneath the shoulders felt better but slow, nonetheless. Thanks for the encouragement on the push-ups Coach Billy! Good warm up!
