“Triple Double, No Assists”

 Partner WOD (can be a team of 3 if necessary)

3 sections of this WOD all utilizing at 10 minute running clock, so 30 minutes running clock to score as many points as possible

Section 1
10 minute running clock

As a team row 2000m (1 Rower)
After you finish the row score points:

Push Press (135)(85) one point per repetition (1 Bar moving at a time)

Section 2
10 minute running clock

As a team run 4 laps around both buildings (1 runner at a time)
After you finish the run score points

SDHP (95)(65) one point per repetition (1 bar moving at a time)

Section 3
10 minute Running Clock
1 Point for every rep
AMRAP

10 Wall Ball (20)(14)
10 KB Swings (53)(40)

One person working at a time.
Once you start the couplet you must complete it before "tagging out" for the next teammate
