4 rounds each relay style (one teammate working at a time)
10 DL (225/145)
10 Burpees

Then

6 rounds total (one teammate working at a time)
30 M Sand bag carry (70 and 50)(can be carried at once or individually)
30 Double under

At some point during the wod each teammate must accomplish:

BW Bench 10 times (scale 90%, 80%,70%)
BW front squat 10 times
Scale the wall 10 times
