    I have to say, I was sort of excited this morning when I got through my first 21 box jumps – I thought – darn – I’m getting good at these things…I’m a jumper!! Then I realized I had the 18″ box in lieu of a 20″ box… So, I’m not quite the jumper that I thought I was… 😮

    almost RX last 9 pull ups were kipping bc I wasn’t moving fast enough!
    Last week was my one year at Atomic and its unbelievable how being part of this amazing box has changed my life. With every workout I feel stronger/faster (unless there is running ) and most important braver! I am so thankful for the coaches and my friends! Thank you all for always encouraging me and believing I can do things that I never thought I could do! I love ya’ll!!!!!

    comments on my first day:
    1) having a Kung-Fu grip on the bars will rip my hands to shreds
    2) my abs are sore and I didn’t even do an “ab” work out!!
