    Why is it that when i am at work i can not stand to get hot and sweaty, but at the box i love to glissen with sweat. i am really thinking about just going shirtless at work today and see if any one says anything.

    Where are all our strong lifters from this mornings classes?? I need something to read during this awesome seminar..good news is, I have located a CF in Saratoga, NY for my trip home in August..

    I did tonights WOD. I lost my post-it… But I do know that on FS I got 115 a new PR for me. I struggled with the SP and only got 80, 1 rep. 🙁
    All in all, it felt good! Thanks Teach and Silverback for your help!
    Good seeing everyone tonight at 6 and nice to meet all the “newbies”.

    @Dirty D, right on! Btw, that new pair of Risto Lift Shoes are rockin!
    @Jackrabbit, maintaining external rotation of your shoulders made a huge difference on your form at the bottom of the front squat.
    Fun Atomic Team training tonight! Love the volume work. Fun and good push partnering with FPR! Way to go team and everyone who made the intensity possible at 7pm. You all brought your A-game!
    Registration for CF Katy’s Bring The Heat July2nd is now open.
    Also, movie night at the box on Thursday 7pm. So, there will not be a 7pm class but if you show up and must do a WOD we will have a short and intense one for ya!
