3+1 if I got my flying leap to the box under the time.
I was’nt able to go this weekend. From everything I heard,Team ACF(competitors and supporters)brought it!

Stayed over night (saturday) in the Woodlands coming back from a third place finish from that mornings state level adventure race in Huntsville and ran into several CF athletes. a group from Louisiana and Dallas. both said how incredibly hot, dusty and hard the regional was. Both groups remembered Atomic and recognized the effort put forth by the team. Great job representing the box, I was proud to say that I was an ACF.

    3rds+15 (45#,step ups)
tried to chase FPR and JackRabbit—fun but I was no threat!
Good work on the bar, ladies!
    Nice to meet you Alex.

The photo above was one of my favorite moments from this weekend. Arnold kept saying, “Julia, take our photo!” lol. And then ACF started cheering lead by Jim and it was amazing. All I could hear in my ear piece was “anyone recording the Atomic fans?”. ACF had the best fans out there, others tried to duplicate it but they couldn’t match our cheering section. Great job Cal, Billy, Daniel, Janet, Steph, and G! You represented us well and never ever stopped despite the insane heat and jacked hands!! Much respect!

Also, I should let you know that at the end of the weekend Marty gave a way some of the shirts he’d been give to wear during segments. Ones he didn’t want. His ACF shirt was packed and taken back to Canada with him. And he kept saying it was his favorite shirt.

@Chrissy, the body is a complex system. Glad we are able to address that cabled-up “filet minion” responsible for your back issue 🙂
