    Fun joining the 5:30 group today.
    28+21+61=110 RX
    13 sprints last 3 rounds, nice pacing with Speedy J (did not count reps first 2 rounds..estimate 11 per round).

    61+36(RX) on the squats and clean and jerks, we didn’t count our reps on the sprints, but I felt pretty fast today, so conservatively I think I hit 30 per minute.
    61+150+36= 247

    I hate running but falling forward became my strategy on rounds 4 and 5. Easier on the knees.

    70(75#)+29(65#)=99 didn’t count sprints
    Daniel dropped the ball on telling us to count sprints but I’ll let it slide since he was a bit melancholy this morning 🙂
    In hindsight, I went to light on back squats especially when I did 20 reps in a row before racking. But, I think I was right on with 65# for clean and jerk given the number of reps. Thank you Billy for telling me to do 65 and not 55.

    Killer WOD! Had dreams about this one all week, too. Hit it a little higher than Rx:
    BSq (187) 67
    Sprints: 12×5=60
    Cln&jerk (157): 25 hit the wall there.
    All told 67+60+25 = 152
    Not too bad or good but it killed my quads and butt.

    Sets of 10 reps on bk sq only lasted 3, then it was partitioned from then on…
    Sets of 5 on C&J lasted at least 4 times – I give BIG24 the credit for this!
