We are excited to announce Atomic CrossFit's first Olympic Weightlifting Class 3-Week Series (OWC). The pre-requisite is prior experience with barbell WODs. This class (OWC) will work on Olympic Weightlifting movements in a Non-WOD environment. Due to the nature of the sequential order of instructions/coaching we will require a 2 sessions\week for 3 weeks commitment from you. This not an â€œOpen GYMâ€ and signing up in the middle of the three weeks is not favorable. This is a structured class focusing on the technical aspects of Olympic weightlifting movements. You will get a workout, but it will be more focused on technical mastery vs. intensity. Our coaches believe that this type of class will help you achieve your overall fitness goals and become a much more â€œefficientâ€ power source! This is for ANYONE who has developed a "bio-mechanically sound " squat and who needs help on advanced fine tuning on proper mechanics on Olympic Lifts. **Due to the high degree of coaching attention required to hone lifting skills, this class is capped at 10 slots, so sign up early and stay committed for the 3 weeks. To register, you must sign-up for the July 5th OWC 6pm class and all of the six sessions you commit to will be signed up for all the dates below. These sessions are treated just like any other regular CrossFit Classes (no extra fees).
