    First time back at Atomic in @ 7 weeks because of the work schedule & Ihave really miss it! I enjoyed meeting & working out with the 9:30 crew today.
    Thanks Coach Daniel for the encouragment & for rescuing me from the kettle bell that nearly pulled me on to the floor. If I weren’t such a slow learner I would have started with the lower weight & achieved more rounds. Maybe next time!
