Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Box jump, 24 inch box
Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
In seven minutes establish max squat clean and jerk.
Cumulative weight in lbs will be subtracted in seconds from wod time.
Starting point is outside. Wallball and kettle bell are picked up from the fire hydrant and taken inside before any reps can be started.
Reps can be divided between partners in any way. One person working at a time. Exercises must be done in order.
