    22:58(RX) Those rings were high. Great one to come back to after 5 days of excitement in LA. Daniel was very good at this one, we were tied during the countdown then he pulled ahead at the end.

    made it hard.

    late post. 9:42 no turn out on mus.
    pretty fun one. need to figure out how to do the turn out one of these days. did some work on it after the wod and got one mu with full turn out and no false grip. pretty tough.

    Wrists and hands feel pretty good. Really glad to be back and be able to do crossfit again!
    Had a whole weekend fun of watching the game. Trying to spot ACF in the crowd, G – were you wearing a black hoody standing by the finish line on the beach???

    First WOD back from LA and 4 days off! Our Texas heat is no joke!
    It was great working out with hubby, son, Jim and JB 🙂 Jim, the huge tears on your hands and wrists are the worst I’ve seen since in years! Hope they heal up soon.
