    I was excited enough about this workout to pull myself out of bed & to the gym on wod day 4 in 30 degree weather so I could practice T2B on those cold pull up bars. Didn’t get to. Rats! 🙁

    Nice to be back with my 0530s again! Good job ,y’all.

    15:38 (20″, lunges, t2b, 15#) I may have done the 2-rep round twice. Shoulder is feeling iffy. I was planning on doing the front squats with the rx weight, but coach said no and made me ohs :)–I will never get better at ohs unless I do them. Had a nice slice of humble pie today.

    I don’t remember the time… 22 or 26 min (negative pu, 26#, 65#front squats) I did get all T2B though! 🙂

    Humble pie for sure today. Had to scale everything except T2B since my arm/shoulder is still giving me fits. I can go straight overhead, but not arms out for OHS. Tried with 35# and almost died. Lots of baseball smashing afterwards.
