    Screwed up the numbers on the first 2 rounds and went too light but finished at 90% of my 1 rep. 240 is obtainable. Was fun sharing the bar with Dean and watching him throw it around like nothing.

    65-70-75-80-85 & glad to get that far. Focused a lot on that pesky right knee. And keeping my chest up. And keeping my elbows “higher than you think”-quoting G. All this in my head was very entertaining. Went through this mental check list every time. I’m determined to get better at these.

    no misses (55). Looks low, but GOOD NEWS! Today I caught the 55 in a squat (instead of with a power clean & front squat) which has been nearly impossible for me with more than 45 since I lose my balance so easily & sometimes fall over.

    I like to celebrate all the victories, even the small ones!

    I didn’t want the 155 enough. It was mental. Just one of those days as I also misread the wod. I thought it was a squat clean and 3 front squats. Shoud have put more weight on the bar. It was the 100 push ups that got me.

    Warmed up to 115# (rx) but as soon as I heard 3-2-1-GO I started rushing and not allowing myself time to set, so I missed that first round and dropped to 105# for the other 9. That’s still more than I’ve ever squat cleaned, so I’ll take it.
