2 – muscle ups ( 1 rope climb)
3 – Thrusters (135/95)
4 – C2B pull-ups
5 – burpees
6 – T2B
7 – KB swings (70/53)
8 – Wall ball (30/20)
9 – Box jumps (30/20)
10 – strict HSPU
11 – C&J (135/95)
12 – DB man makers (50/30)
