Every 90 sec for 3 sets each:
Set 1- 2 rope climbs (or 1 min of technique work)
Set 2- accumulate 45 sec HS hold ( this can be freestanding, nose to wall, or a traditional hold on the wall)
Set 3- accumulate 20-30 sec L sit hold

3 rounds for max reps:
3 min max cal row
2 min max strict HSPU
1 min max strict pull-ups
Rest 3 min

Congrats to Team Prestige Worldwide…wide…wide for a 3rd place finish at the CF Katy Team Classic this weekend! They were all proud of their accomplishment, but are currently missing their posterior chains. Give them a slap on the tush when you see ’em!
