MURPH – For Time *Wearing a 20lb vest or body armor – 1 Mile run to start – 100 Pull-ups – 200 Push-ups – 300 Air squats – 1 Mile run to finish **You are allowed to partition the pull-ups, push-ups and air-squats (i.e., 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats)
