    65 65 65 65 Push Jerk working on form, but I am not sure if it helped.
    Then 7 rounds but all I had was a 5 gallon bucket to jump on and a 35lbs KB
    Look forward to making it back Thursday morning.

    I was short on time because i got in right before the facility closed tonight and got stopped by a man asking me why I was working out so fast 🙂 haha!!! I LOVE being a crossfitter 🙂 🙂
    I’m taking suggestions for tomorrow’s WOD…I have tredmills, DBs, some really short pre loaded bars (ya know the ones we used to do REALLY impressive curls with at the globo), and some non bouncy med balls (the reebok kind).
    I’ll have more time tomorrow, so bring it on!!!
