    18.06 (First 10 reps were Rx on HSPU The rest were 1 abmat, Ring Dips, C2G Push-ups)
    Not much of a metcon when your shoulders just stop working….nice strength blowout.

    23:53 last 9 HSPU with 1 abmat. Chest to ground Push ups.
    fairly ugly ring dips.
    That was freakin tough. i though my arms were going to fall off.

    Used 2 abmats but needed 4, hehe! LROM on the HSPU’s – head never touched an abmat – need boufont hair do; box assisted ring dips; C2G.

    I cant remember my time but I think it was in the 20’s. Did HSPU’s for the first time which was cool though I need to work on getting my head to actually touch the mat–not just bend my elbows a little.

    13:14 like Red ‘Barkley’ Byron I have to work on my HSPU. It’s a great hero workout base on strengh. My arms are still pumped 2 hours after.

    C2G some – sloppy form
    Much harder than it looked – arms stopped working after round 1.

    Big group today at 5. Lots of fun. Took 1 min off my last JT and did ring dips and C2G. Happy with that.

    21:56(2 abmats, C2G) This is definitely a Hero WOD, If someone were to imagine the worst possible combination of movements that could result in me curled up in the fetal position, it would be this one. However, I am thankful that I have he ability to even attempt this WOD.

    30:22 Billy is right on the money. This WOD definitely exposes my weaknesses. RIP JT; 30 minutes of my suffering doesn’t even equate to what you went through in Afghanistan. Sinus feels better after being upside down.

    Time 23:13 Used box for pike push up and ring dip. Used abmat for last 9 pikes. It’s the “day after” and my arms are still tired!

    27:57. Box for pike push up and ring dips. C2G push ups. Abmat for second and third set of pikes. Had to imagine myself trapped under earthquake rubble to get the last push up done.
