18.06 (First 10 reps were Rx on HSPU The rest were 1 abmat, Ring Dips, C2G Push-ups)
Not much of a metcon when your shoulders just stop working….nice strength blowout.
Great Job Byron, Juan, Lopez, Ben and JB staying upside down for so long, no pikes this morning! Nice work pacemakers
    Nice work pacemakers

  2. Bobo

23:53 last 9 HSPU with 1 abmat. Chest to ground Push ups.
    fairly ugly ring dips.
That was freakin tough. i though my arms were going to fall off.
Thanks guys for staying and keeping me going.

  3. mario c

    mario c 14:48 Scaled to 15/12/6.
Used 2 abmats but needed 4, hehe! LROM on the HSPU’s – head never touched an abmat – need boufont hair do; box assisted ring dips; C2G.

  4. Red 'Barkley' Byron

I cant remember my time but I think it was in the 20’s. Did HSPU’s for the first time which was cool though I need to work on getting my head to actually touch the mat–not just bend my elbows a little.

  5. Silverback

11:33 (Rx on 1st rd with C2G, 1 abmat on following rds). My HSPU = ugly.

  6. Teach

    19:33 (blue mat, C2G)
I could only go as fast as my muscles could recover…that’s so frustrating! Great WOD!

  7. the "Gris"

16:30 = C2G. 1 abmat – 10 reps; remaining reps/rds 2 abats. Pushups / ringdips not too bad; HSPU = suckin. Props to all those no abmat / 1 abmat folks.

  8. Gab

13:14 like Red ‘Barkley’ Byron I have to work on my HSPU. It’s a great hero workout base on strengh. My arms are still pumped 2 hours after.

  9. sharon

16:09 pike push ups and parallet dips (no rings left open)

Hey Andi, You are on for the bee hive wig. just make sure you leave the bees out of it, hehe!
Tell the Cowboy I would sure like to see him back in action at the Box. If he comes back I promise to finish telling him about how I taught Maury Wills to take a walking lead off first base.

  11. David "Chalkman" Henley

    17:16
    round 1 – 1 ab mat
    round 2 & 3 – 2 ab mats
    C2G some – sloppy form
Much harder than it looked – arms stopped working after round 1.

  12. Hernan The Barbarian

    23:54
rd 1 -kipping HSPU no abmat C2G
    rd 2 & 3 – 2 abmat C2G
Big group today at 5. Lots of fun. Took 1 min off my last JT and did ring dips and C2G. Happy with that.

  13. Billdozer

21:56(2 abmats, C2G) This is definitely a Hero WOD, If someone were to imagine the worst possible combination of movements that could result in me curled up in the fetal position, it would be this one. However, I am thankful that I have he ability to even attempt this WOD.

  14. G

30:22 Billy is right on the money. This WOD definitely exposes my weaknesses. RIP JT; 30 minutes of my suffering doesn’t even equate to what you went through in Afghanistan. Sinus feels better after being upside down.

    From yesterday’s WOD:
Congrats on your 1st Muscle Up Aaron!
Great job on your first WOD Kari, the scaled runs were just right for your first time.
Newbies: Just remember, there is absolutely nothing wrong with scaling especially when you are new to CrossFit! We all have gone through what you guys are going through right now. Hang in there.
    Today:
    Awesome baseline today Marco!!
Good to see Fredie and Tim get their first WOD today!
    Nice time as prescribed Bravo!

Red Byron – haven’t seen you in a while, what days you coming now?

  18. G

Sharon, almost forgot…..Big Thanks for keeping me going on the last round.

  19. Steve

Time 23:13 Used box for pike push up and ring dip. Used abmat for last 9 pikes. It’s the “day after” and my arms are still tired!

  20. Dolenga

27:57. Box for pike push up and ring dips. C2G push ups. Abmat for second and third set of pikes. Had to imagine myself trapped under earthquake rubble to get the last push up done.

  21. Bobo

    35:27 RX.
was on rep 6 of the last round at 20 minutes. that’s right fifteen minutes for the last fifteen reps. didn’t have much left in the tank.
