    Thanks guys! Didn’t want to share this bug with you all! So I quarantined myself.
    Arnold, Macho Ranger answered it right. They are the lateral jumps/hop-overs but higher and thinner in diameter on the PVC. Plenty of CrossFit She-Beasts out there!

    Went to sign up for the Vamps class at 7 pm and it was full so Bryan Guinn created this for me to do:
    CrossFit Snoop Style
    3 Rounds for Time
    25 Burpees
    50 Sit Ups
    25 Push Ups
    50 Squats
    25 DU (I Did 50 Sinles instead)
    = 25:38
    I sucked, but sweated my bahoochers off! I so miss the Box! Hopefully I will be there 2morrow and Wednesday! Already signed up so I wouldn’t miss out!

    I’m pretty sure my time was 16:38, if i remember correctly.

    I rowed, rowed, rowed my heart out. I definitely think i should go heavier on the OHS next time. Oh and the jump rope and I got in a fight (it was all knotted up) on the first round so that added at least about 30 seconds to my time =(

    Jen, you did the WOD and simultaneously rooted me on… the whole time!! How?! And she beat me by 10 minutes. “Zen Jen” .. possibly a nick name. The peacefulness and power of a Zen Buddhist monk.. and angry monk.

    14:05 (Rx) Great working out with Bobo this Sunday morning during OG. Sets unbroken on 1st Round (both OHS and DUs) and 2nd round (OHS). It was an awesome push, JB! Need to work on maintaining average at 2:10 on all rounds on the rower.
    Thank you 007 for replacing the muscle clamp on my bar when it broke.
    Thanks Ramrod for keeping time for Bobo and me.
